We register the complaint, chase a response (which typically takes around 8 weeks) then escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service or relevant ombudsman, if the Final Response appears unfair.

We then clearly communicate the Final Response to you, no matter the outcome and ONLY charge our 24% fee if you are awarded compensation.
